Returns policy

Goods may be returned to Monobo Footwear (UK) within 14 days of purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) as per the method of payment, as long as the goods are unworn and in a saleable condition. Please remember that goods must be returned in their original packaging and in brand new condition. We do ask that you pay the postage on the goods you return but if you ask for an exchange we will pay for any goods we send back out to you.

The best way to return goods to Monobo Footwear (UK) is via your local Post Office using "Royal Mail UK Recorded Signed For" although you don’t have to use this method it is the most secure and safest way.
