Delivery information

UK Delivery

Standard: 99p for one pair, FREE if you order 2 or more pairs. Your delivery will be dispatched from our warehouse on the day you place your order (if you order before 13:00pm Mon-Fri) and take 2-3 working days to arrive. Please note that Standard orders cannot be tracked and are not signed for, it is your responsibility if you choose this un-insured method of postage.

Next day: Priced at £3.95 per order and sent by "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For". This is the safest method of postage as your order is tracked from start to finish. Your delivery will be dispatched from our warehouse on the day you place your order (if you order before 13:00pm Mon-Fri). Please note, this is not a guaranteed next day service but the majority of orders are delivered within 24 hours.

International Delivery

All international deliveries are dispatched from Monobo Footwear’s warehouse on the day you place your order (if you order before 13:00pm Mon-Fri). All international orders are sent by "Royal mail International Signed For"

Postage and Packaging charges:

Europe: £6.95 for the first pair and £1.50 for each additional pair

Rest of the world: £8.95 for the first pair and £2 for each additional pair (including the USA and Australia).

International orders are aimed to arrive in 5 days depending upon the efficiency of postal services in particular countries.

Important note for international orders: depending on your location your order may be subject to customs duties. The customer is responsible and legally obliged to pay any and all import duties and tax charges that may be incurred on the package you receive.
